  My 2 year contract was up so I went in to arrange a line being dropped when the date came. I was with them for about an hour and they arranged the line to automatically be dropped and in advance, they set up another 2 year contract for just 1 line. Perfect right? 2 months later I'm somehow on another contract for the TWO lines still, doubling my bill, but don't worry, they said they can help me again in another 2 years to get it fixed. Or I can make one easy payment of $400 to remove the line. I wish I would have gone elsewhere for a new phone.
